Q1. Do I need to create a Kalavesh account?

A1: Relax. Don’t worry. It may happen that you forget your login credentials such as username or password, we have got you sorted. There is a “Forgot Password” button or “Forgot ID” button, just click there.  Now, enter your email id and we’ll send you the link that help you create recover/recreate your credentials.

A3: To change your address, phone number or any other detail. Just go to your profile and click the edit button to make the changes as desired.

Q1: Is there any limit on number of items I can Order?

A1: As such there is no maximum limit. You can order as many items as you wish till the stock is available. 

A2:  We understand, you may want it your way. We would love to hear your choices. Feel free to reach out to us for your requirements. We shall discuss it for bulk orders only.

A3: The shipping charges may vary from location to location and depend on the weight of the box as well. However, we have tied up with best logistics partners to deliver your package in safest packaging in minimum time at best prices.

A4: We understand your concern. You can cancel the order anytime before dispatch. Full amount will be refunded to original source of payment.

A5:  We offer Girls Heels points to our esteemed customer on every purchase and these points are valid for a period of three months.  These points can be redeemed in your future purchases.

Returns & Refunds Related

Q1: I received a wrong product. How can I return it?

A1: Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just make an opening video or click the pictures of the product received and share them with us to expedite the process. You may raise a return request by going to My Orders section and selecting return/replace option within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall start the refund process once we receive back the product.   

All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share necessary proofs. We will notify you once the refund request has been approved. After the refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 10 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us. 

Our products undergo utmost quality checks to deliver you best wearing experience ever. We have the best footwear designing team that delivers trendiest collection for modern divas. We would love to know what went wrong with the product and how can we improve it better. Right now, we accept returns only for damaged product or if a wrong product gets delivered from our end.

A4: Notifications shall be sent to your Kalavesh account as well as on your registered email address. 

A5: We recommend you to go through our size guide properly and properly check for your size. However, in case you ordered the wrong size, you can raise a replacement request within 48 hours of the product delivery. You just need to pay only the shipping charges for the replaced product.

A6: Please make sure that the product is unused and all the tags, accessories are intact while you request for a return pickup. If any of the above mentioned things are violated, your refund request may get rejected.
