Return & Replacement Policy
We accept return/replacement requests only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ Product must be unused and in original packaging
✔ All tags/accessories must be intact
✔ An unboxing video is mandatory (continuous, no edits)
2. Product Mismatch
Received the wrong product? Notify us within 24 hours.
✔ Share an unboxing video or clear images
✔ Product must be unused, with original packaging
Note: Slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered valid for returns or refunds.
3. Size Mismatch (Replacement Only)
If the size doesn’t fit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ Product must be unused and in original condition
✔ Only replacement is allowed (no refunds/exchanges)
✔ Return shipping is free, only forward shipping applies
We recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only:
• If product is defective or wrong
• After we receive the product and it passes quality checks
• You must submit valid proof (video/photos)
• Refund timeline: Within 10 business days of approval
• Refunds are not applicable after 10 days of delivery or without valid proof.
